Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers on infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing power distribution networks, substations, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD).
• In-depth knowledge of relevant South African electrical codes and standards (NRS, SANS).
• Strong project management skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Experience in urban development or public utility projects is a significant advantage for this role in the Western Cape .
