Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum modules and lesson plans for early childhood education via digital platforms.
• Create interactive content, including stories, games, and activities, that support key developmental milestones.
• Facilitate virtual learning sessions and interactive activities for children aged 3-6.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to parents and guardians on supporting their child's learning at home.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the educational integrity and technological functionality of the platform.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in early childhood education and educational technology.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational content and delivery methods.
• Mentor and guide junior educators within the remote team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in a digital or online setting.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video conferencing software, interactive whiteboards).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
