Job summary

CTM Africa in Bloemfontein is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team, coordinate deliveries and stock movements, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will manage stock receipt, put-away, packing, and daily reporting, while driving accuracy, safety and process discipline.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to meet retail demands and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail warehouse management.
• Previous experience in people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with the company’s product offerings is an advantage.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and receive stock.
• Create space in advance for incoming stock for better stock management.
• Pack stock in designated areas per allocations.
• Capture stock and verify invoices within an hour of receiving.
• Run VMI and MRP for stock as required.
• Update stock and re-order points; manage via manual, VMI or MRP.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse, yard, tiling station and racks.
• Count and verify stock counts; manage negative POs and GR/IR.
• Communicate monthly objectives to store manager; train staff.
