Job summary

Italtile is seeking a results-driven Dispatch Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Bloemfontein. You will ensure timely deliveries, accurate stock counts, and effective space utilisation to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and experience in retail warehouse operations. You will train staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain optimal stock flow and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and receiving stock.
• Ensure space is created in advance for incoming stock.
• Pack stock in designated areas as per space allocations.
• Capture stock and verify invoices in the system within an hour of receiving.
• Run VMI and MRP for stock as required.
• Update model stock and reorder points for stock managed manually or via VMI/MRP.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse, yard, tiling station, and racks.
• Fill tile bays and pull stock forward in bays.
• Move stock around in-store for optimal space usage.
• Complete warehouse mapping, numbering and bin allocations.
• Number and cross-check tiles displayed with warehouse stock.
