Job summary

3R Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join its Wirral conveyancing team. You will manage a mixed caseload including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build and Help to Buy transactions, reporting directly to partners and supervising junior staff.

You must have current fee earner experience, particularly in leasehold property, and a proven track record of delivering high quality service while ensuring accurate invoicing and billing.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a Fee Earner in conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold property transactions.
• Ability to lead a small team and delegate to assistants.

Responsibilities

• Head up a team of 2–3 Conveyancing Assistants.
• Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold/Leasehold/New Build/Share Ownership/Help to Buy transactions.
• Ensure high-quality service and efficient case handling.
• Carry out invoicing and credit control on matters.
