Job summary

K2 Recruit is looking for a leader to join a high-performing English residential conveyancing team. The role involves utilizing your technical skills to generate conveyancing fees for a blue-chip law firm client in England. You will manage your team’s caseload while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client value.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Laws, is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and has a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.
• Conveyancing experience in English law.
• Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
• Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own transport.

Responsibilities

• Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.
• Oversee your team’s caseload whilst managing your own.
• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Deliver data-driven insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space.

Skills

Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom

Ability to build and lead high-performing legal teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Tech savvy with excellent AI and Microsoft Office skills

Education
