Job summary

SKG Properties in the Eastern Cape seeks an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager to lead interior fit-out and finishing projects from tender to handover.

You will manage drywall, ceilings, partitioning, and related trades, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Strong practical and commercial experience, ability to prepare BOQs, review pricing, and monitor costs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and interior finishing (drywall, ceilings, painting, flooring).
• Proven project delivery capability in commercial builds.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender to handover.
• Prepare and review take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyse drawings to identify requirements.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quotations and pricing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor costs, programmes, quality and productivity.
• Ensure delivery within budgets and timeframes.
• Drive completion, snagging and handover.
