Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Projects / Contracts Manager to drive projects from tender and pricing through to construction, completion and handover. The role focuses on drywall, ceilings, partitioning and interior fit-outs with strong commercial and cost-control oversight.

The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, procurement and site operations, interpret drawings, prepare BOQs and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall, ceilings, partitioning and interior finishes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building finishes, shopfitting and interior fit-outs.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender to handover.
• Interpret drawings and prepare material and labour take-offs.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, pricing and scopes of work.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for delivery.
• Monitor costs, budgets, programmes and productivity.
• Coordinate drywall, ceilings, partitioning and interior finishes.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify variations and potential cost overruns.
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely material delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and manage snagging and handover.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with clients and consultants.
