The Focus Group is seeking an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager to lead interior fit-out and finishing trades, including drywall, ceilings and partitioning, from tender through to successful completion. The role involves managing projects on-site with commercial responsibility and coordinating multiple trades.

You will oversee procurement, pricing, budgets and schedules while ensuring quality standards and timely handover to clients.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Prepare accurate material and labour take-offs from drawings.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from tender, procurement and construction through to completion and handover.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quotations and pricing.
• Coordinate drywall, ceilings, partitioning and other finishing trades.
• Monitor project costs, programmes, quality and productivity.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timeframes.
• Review subcontractor pricing and ensure quotations are competitive.
