You will mentor junior artists, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to a vibrant creative environment in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a concept artist in gaming, film, or animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality concept art across characters, environments, and props.
• Proficiency in industry-standard digital painting software (Photoshop, Procreate) or similar.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate visual ideas clearly.
