Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance program, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of South African financial regulations, AML/KYC, and data privacy laws.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting .
