The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance within financial services, with deep knowledge of FICA, POPIA, FAIS, and the Companies Act. The position emphasizes integrity, analytical rigor, and effective remote training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance program, including policies, procedures, and training.
