Placements24 seeks a Lead Commercial Property Broker in Centurion, Gauteng to spearhead the firm’s commercial property operations. This senior role requires a strategic leader with exceptional market knowledge, a proven ability to close complex deals, and a passion for mentoring junior brokers.

You will drive sales, develop strategic sales and marketing plans, build lasting client relationships with investors, developers and occupiers, and identify lucrative investment and leasing opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate brokerage with emphasis on sales and business development.
• Proven leadership of a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of Gauteng commercial property market, Centurion.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions.
• Excellent understanding of valuation, leasing, and sales processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4/5) desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of commercial property brokers, setting performance goals and ensuring their development.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize listings and sales/leasing volumes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing off-market deals and new development projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.
• Conduct market analyses, valuations, and property tours for prospective clients.
• Negotiate complex lease and sale agreements with favorable terms.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling property presentations and materials.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
