Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of commercial development projects in Upington. You will guide from conceptual design through to construction oversight, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a B.Arch or equivalent, 7 years of experience in commercial practice, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with consultants and authorities, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor project

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, focused on commercial developments.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Knowledge of South African building codes and zoning laws; able to manage from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects aligned with client objectives.
• Develop detailed plans, construction documents, and specs for commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
