The ideal candidate will be a SACAP-registered architect with at least 7 years of progressive experience in commercial projects, proficient in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, and well-versed in SA building codes and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience focusing on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and construction documentation software.
• Strong knowledge of South African building codes, zoning laws, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural aspects of commercial projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
