Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily site operations and the work activities of construction crews.
• Ensure all civil engineering tasks are performed safely and in compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials effectively on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members, promoting a culture of safety and productivity.
• Report on daily progress, issues, and resource needs to the site manager or project manager.
