Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead our Rustenburg facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will manage educators, mentor staff, budget resources, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a childcare setting with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the childcare centre, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive work culture.
