Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in chemical process design, project management, and operational support.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in process safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple chemical engineering projects from conception through to successful completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of chemical engineers and technical staff.
• Develop and implement advanced strategies for process optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic planning and R&D efforts.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance process performance and operational efficiency.
