Job summary

JenRecruitment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team within the insurance and healthcare sector. This role is based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, and offers a basic salary plus monthly incentives, with an annual performance bonus and a pension fund.

You will drive targets, coach the team, monitor the lead pipeline, analyse sales data and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ sales management / supervisory experience.
• Call centre experience preferred.
• Insurance / healthcare experience advantageous.
• RE5 essential.
• NQF Level 5 or relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Drive sales performance and achieve objectives.
• Provide coaching, feedback and ongoing training.
• Monitor online sales activities and manage the lead pipeline.
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with processes, SLA’s and regulatory requirements.
