Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in building design.

• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and detailed development of building projects.
• Develop creative and technically sound design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualisations.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
