Role requires a Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, 10+ years of experience, SACAP registration, and strong leadership. Hybrid work with opportunities for design leadership on prestigious SA projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or related engineering discipline.
• Ten years’ experience in architectural practice with building systems integration.
• Professional SACAP registration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and related design/analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration of building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT) into designs.
• Develop strategies to optimize performance and sustainability of systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and structural engineers for coordinated solutions.
• Review drawings, specs and shop drawings for design intent and performance.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the design team.
