Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture/design experience with at least 5 years in blockchain.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale blockchain solutions.
• Expertise in multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda, Solana) and smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, network protocols, and database technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with various consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate architectural decisions.
• Experience with security best practices in blockchain and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of tokenomics and tokenization strategies is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry or supply chain management is highly desirable.
