Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Expertise in a wide variety of spa and beauty treatments.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of spa operations, customer service, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Supervise and guide a team of beauty therapists, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and service standards.
• Manage spa appointments, client bookings, and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the spa facilities.
