Placements24 is currently seeking a Lead Esthetician for a premier luxury spa in Sandton. The role oversees the skincare services department, performs advanced facial treatments, and guides a team of estheticians in delivering exceptional client care within a sophisticated spa setting.

The ideal candidate has professional esthetician certification, 7+ years in esthetics with leadership experience, and excellent communication and client service skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Esthetician with advanced training
• 7+ years in esthetics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Deep understanding of luxury spa operations and client care standards

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced facial treatments using specialized techniques and high-performance products
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of estheticians to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and refine treatment protocols and service menus to align with trends and client expectations
• Conduct client consultations, assess skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation and client safety in treatment areas
• Manage inventory and stock control of skincare products and supplies
