Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity within automotive.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and RTOS such as QNX, Linux, or AUTOSAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded automotive software across various ECUs.
• Architect scalable software solutions for infotainment, ADAS, and vehicle control systems.
• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, providing technical direction.
• Define and enforce coding standards, review processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and quality.
• Develop and maintain software requirements, designs, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and performance issues.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party software components and libraries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SDLC and toolchains.
