Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural role within automotive.
• Deep knowledge of embedded systems, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and software design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall software architecture for automotive systems, including hardware-software interfaces.
• Lead the design and implementation of software components, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and application developers to define software requirements and designs.
• Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and development methodologies for automotive software projects.
• Ensure software architecture supports AUTOSAR, CAN, and Ethernet standards.
• Mentor software teams, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to software architecture.
• Contribute to strategic planning for future automotive software development.
• Perform code and architectural reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
