Formación

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years in architectural design with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing diverse high-quality design work.
• Strong understanding of sustainability in design and client management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process for new projects, developing innovative and contextually appropriate architectural solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of architectural designers and technologists, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, renderings, and models to clients and stakeholders in the Western Cape .

Requirements
