Placements24 seeks a Senior Architectural Designer to lead design initiatives from concept to completion in George, Western Cape. You will shape compelling architectural solutions, mentor junior staff, and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in architectural design with leadership experience.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials and construction technologies.
• Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse project types.
• Produce high-quality schematic designs, design development documents, and detailed construction drawings.
