Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Analytical or Organic Chemistry.
• 6+ years of analytical chemistry experience with method development and validation.
• Hands-on use of multiple analytical instruments and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analytical chemists, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management.
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, GC, MS, NMR, and spectroscopy.
• Oversee routine sample analysis, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and resolve complex technical issues encountered during method development or routine testing.
• Author and review analytical method documentation, validation reports, and technical summaries.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance departments to address analytical challenges and support project needs.
