Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud service projects using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor project teams on agile best practices and principles.
• Manage project backlogs, ensuring clear articulation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and impediments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement within the agile development process.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively across distributed teams.
• Ensure successful deployment and integration of new cloud services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically managing cloud-related projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required; PMP is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading remote, distributed teams.
• Excellent understanding of cloud technologies and services.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills tailored for remote environments.
