Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an adventure tourism guide with leadership capability.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is mandatory; advanced wilderness first aid is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple adventure activities (kayaking, hiking, cycling, climbing).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of adventure guides, ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan, organize, and conduct diverse adventure tours with high safety and service levels.
• Develop and refine tour itineraries and procedures for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure equipment is safe, maintained, and properly used by guides and clients.
• Manage tour logistics including transportation, bookings, and client communication.
• Act as primary client contact, addressing inquiries from booking to tour completion.
