Qualifications

• Valid guiding registration or provincial/national certification.
• Proven experience guiding adventure tours or outdoor activities.
• Excellent knowledge of Mossel Bay area, flora, fauna and culture.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification are essential.
• Good physical fitness for challenging outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide groups on adventure tours, including hiking, cycling, and wildlife viewing.
• Conduct risk assessments, briefings and enforce safety protocols.
• Provide engaging commentary on local points of interest and history.
