Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions is seeking a Branch Supervisor for our Port Elizabeth operation. You will oversee fleet, drivers and admin staff to ensure on-time deliveries from the distribution center.

The role reports to the Hub Manager and requires strong leadership, KPI focus, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a high-demand e-commerce logistics environment. Strong organisational skills and experience with vehicle tracking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12, tertiary qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in branch or fleet supervision.
• Ability to manage staff and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fleet and all related roles to support operations.
• Ensure on-time product delivery to/from the distribution center.
• Maintain fleet and schedule vehicle services; manage policies and discipline.
• Conduct daily KPI meetings and report on performance.
• Lead health and safety standards and 5S housekeeping.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, overtime and cost control.
• Train and supervise Driver Admins and Drivers; approve verifications.
