Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset required.
• Minimum 1 year IR experience at LabourNet.
• Experience in facilitating training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
• Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
• Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) and managing the LAP process within the region.
• Ensure appointments are booked efficiently with area focus and relevant work type.
• Minimise the administrative burden on the Labour Law team.
• Secure, develop and maintain client relationships.
