Job summary

Labournet, a proudly South African payroll, HR and employment compliance company, is seeking a Labour Law Consultant based at our branch. You will manage IR issues, retain clients, and assist with policy drafting and disciplinary processes.

You will handle chairing disciplinary inquiries, drafting judgments, issuing warnings, and implementing policies while navigating a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options are available for applicable roles within Labournet.

Qualifications

• 3 years degree in HR/IR/LLB or related field
• More than 1 year’s experience in Industrial Relations
• Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must function in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential

Job Description

We currently have an exciting position available for an Labour Law Consultant, to be based at our branch.

You are responsible forInclusive of, but not limited to:

• Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues.
• All clients are contacted as per schedule

These typical Labour Law issues can range from:

• Chairing of disciplinary inquires
• Drafting of judgements for clients
• Assist with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance
• Drafting and implementing of policies

To more complex issues like:

• Strike Management

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R17 850 CTC

Qualifications
