iOCO Limited is seeking an experienced Labour Law Attorney to provide expert legal advice and representation in employment and labour law matters, based in Pretoria. You will handle litigation, CCMA and Labour Court proceedings, disciplinary investigations, and client advisory services, while drafting opinions, contracts, and related correspondence.

The role requires 5–8 years in labour law, strong corporate governance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and admitted attorney status.
• 5–8 years Labour Law experience in disciplinary investigations, bargaining and arbitrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law and corporate governance.
• Labour Law training or related courses.

Aufgaben

• Provide labour law advice to clients and represent in disputes.
• Litigation, CCMA and Labour Court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, opinions and contracts.
• Train internal and external teams.
• Maintain client relationships and manage meetings.
• Administrative duties including timesheets and travel claims.
• Respond to emails promptly and file comprehensive records.
