Job summary

Sonata One is seeking an experienced KYC Analyst – Managed Services to join our global team on a day shift. The role focuses on reviewing KYC profiles, addressing practice questions, and maintaining strong client relationships within a regulated fintech environment.

You will work closely with MLRO and senior colleagues to ensure processes are followed, while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and risk control. Excellent English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC/Due Diligence in finance.
• Ability to review KYC profiles and resolve client questions.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with complex fund structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively encourage a positive culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with staff and interact with clients, lawyers, investors, and administrators.
• Review KYC profiles with MLRO and senior colleagues.
• Ensure activity follows defined processes and parameters.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships for Managed KYC.
• Address questions on KYC scope for clients.
• Communicate regularly with service users to ensure outcomes.
• Maximize use of technology to control risk and improve efficiency.
• Navigate IDR to support duties.
• Suggest technology improvements for efficiency.
