Job summary

Sonata One is a rapidly scaling fintech and fund services company offering a global KYC platform for private fund investments. We are recruiting a KYC Analyst – Fund Closing (Late Shift) to join the global team.

You will work 14:00–22:00, reviewing investor profiles, ensuring compliance, and escalating screening hits as needed to MLROs and compliance. A collaborative culture and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of KYC/ Due Diligence and complex structures in the Fund world.
• Proactive and organized, working efficiently, independently and accurately within defined processes.
• Self-starting with excellent communication and capable of working with light supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the Finance Industry is advantageous.
• Previous knowledge of Corporate Structures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently and accurately within defined processes within the KYC service line.
• Proactively identify and communicate effectively with clients and investors.
• Confidently review investor profiles and structures and make reasoned judgments.
• Escalate screening hits to the MLROs and compliance teams.
• Improve quality and efficiency of outputs by handling moderately complex reviews.
• Support the use of technology to control risk and improve efficiency.
