Job summary

Sonata One is seeking an experienced KYC Analyst – Managed Services to join our global team on a day shift. The role focuses on reviewing KYC profiles, addressing practice questions, and maintaining strong client relationships within a regulated fintech environment.

You will work closely with MLRO and senior colleagues to ensure processes are followed, while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and risk control. Excellent English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC/Due Diligence in finance.
• Ability to review KYC profiles and resolve client questions.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with complex fund structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are now looking to recruit an experienced KYC Analyst – Managed Services (Day Shift) to join our global team.

Position Overview:

The KYC Analyst – Managed Services is responsible for the review of KYC profiles, addressing questions relating to KYC practices and requirements and maintain excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities:

People

• Actively encourage a positive culture of continuous improvement through new ideas.
• Be collaborative, approachable and respectful with your team members and all IDR staff.
• Interact with clients, lawyers, investors, and administrators effectively and professionally.

Process

• Perform reviews of KYC Profiles in collaboration with the MLRO and senior colleagues.
• Ensure that all activity reflects a defined process and is undertaken within its parameters
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships ensuring smooth delivery of the Managed KYC service
• Confidently address questions on the standard and scope of KYC provided to parties on behalf of our clients
• Engage in regular communications with service users to ensure successful client outcomes

The System

• Maximize the use of technology in all processes in order to control risk and improve efficiency
• Navigate efficiently around IDR in support of your duties
• Suggest technology improvements in pursuit of efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience working with internal or external clients
• Knowledge of KYC/ Due Diligence and an understanding of complex structures in the Fund world.
• Prior experience in the Finance Industry advantageous
• The Ability to efficiently and accurately process reviews
• Understand the importance of teamwork
• Be part of a competent and knowledgeable team who meet or exceed clear metrics
• Continuously improve systems and processes that are understood by all staff
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English
• Methodical approach, with an organised outlook on work and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• An understanding both systems and process

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree level qualification in law (desired)
