BVNK is building a global fintech network for money movement, with a focus on compliant onboarding of consumer clients. This role supports our KYC/AML program, conducts due diligence, and collaborates across Operations, Trading, Sales and Management to ensure high standards of regulatory compliance.

You will work in a fast-growing fintech environment, using Sumsub or similar tools to screen customers, perform risk assessments, and drive efficient onboarding with an emphasis on accuracy and audit

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in KYC onboarding within payments/fintech/banking/FX.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD and EDD for individual customers.
• Experience conducting screening including sanctions, PEPs and adverse media.
• Ability to make risk-based decisions and escalate complex cases.
• Hands-on use of Sumsub or similar CRM/case management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding and due diligence for Individual (Consumer) clients with KYC/compliance focus.
• Oversee end-to-end consumer applications: collect, review and verify documentation.
• Perform CDD/EDD as required per policy and regulation.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and Adverse Media checks and resolve matches.
• Provide risk assessments and escalate as needed within risk appetite.
• Maintain audit-ready customer records and improve onboarding processes.
