Qualifications

• Grade 12 and training in food retail/management are required.
• Minimum 5 years in deli/food retail and 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Kosher food and managing Kosher standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising management and execution of plano guides.
• Kosher food compliance, handling, storage and SOP adherence.
• Food safety, hygiene, waste control and daily checklists.
• Customer service leadership and staff coaching.
• Administration, SAP processes and stock rotation.
