The successful candidate will drive merchandising quality, back-end communication with demand planning, and supervise staff to meet targets while minimizing waste and ensuring equipment functionality.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 and five years in foods retail and resource management.
• Experience in managing operations, merchandising and stock control.
• Ability to implement hygiene, safety and customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards.
• Monitor promotional activities adherence to calendar.
• Maintain clean back-up areas and stock rotation.
• Communicate customer needs to demand planning.
• Maintain department merchandising and minimize waste.
