Job summary

picknpay is seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure production planning aligns with recipes and quantity specifications while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will monitor stock and budgets, plan daily/weekly production, and coordinate with staff to uphold quality and efficiency.

The role requires clear English communication, Grade 12, and computer literacy; prior retail or manufacturing exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 is essential.
• Computer literacy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that security procedures are adhered to.
• Conduct regular quality checks and rotate stock; remove damaged/expired stock.
• Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages.
• Complete all administration/documentation.
• Monitor budget (expenses, turnover, gross) and take action as needed.
• Plan daily/weekly production of products.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Maintain all equipment in working order and proper standards.
