- Maintaining accurate client account information.
Responsibilities :
- Generating new leads, developing existing clients, and fostering relationships;
- Handling client inquiries;
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Understanding the marketplace and client demographics;
- Identifying new product opportunities and branding in client stores;
- Supporting product launch programs, client days, and awareness campaigns;
- Training clients on products as needed;
- Executing sales strategies and giving presentations;
- Managing client relationships and providing excellent service;
- Providing market feedback and research;
- Responding to high volumes of emails;
- Formulating quotations and follow-ups;
- Attending sales meetings and reporting activities;
- Planning and submitting weekly calls and reports;
- Maintaining client accounts;
- Analyzing market trends and providing competitive feedback.
