Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media.
• 6+ years’ experience in digital/advertising account management if degree not met.
• 5+ years Advertising Account Management or 3 years Digital Account Management experience.
• Experience in Advertising and Media Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal & external stakeholders, clients and the Takealot Advertising team.
• Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives.
• Generate campaign cost estimates and oversee invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and campaign management teams for seamless execution.
• Provide reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for future campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve the advertiser experience.
