Doel van die Pos:

Die Junior Voerkraalbestuurder is verantwoordelik vir die effektiewe dag-tot-dag bestuur van die voerkraal, met spesifieke fokus op diergesondheid, voeding en operasionele doeltreffendheid. • Dag-tot-dag bestuur van voerkraal aktiwiteite

• Bestuur en implementering van voedings programme en rantsoene
• Samewerking met veeartse en voedingskonsutante
• Toesig oor personeel en effektiewe spanbestuur
• Rekordhouding en administrasie van voerkraaldata (gewigte, behandelings, voeropnames ens.)
• Ondersteuning met die bestuur van die teelkudde waar nodig
• Verseker dat biosekuriteit- en bestuursprotokolle nagekom word
