Requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Opening and managing transfer files
• Assisting with FICA compliance
• Drafting legal documentation
• Supporting our Senior Paralegal and Conveyancing team
• Helping ensure every property transfer runs smoothly and efficiently
• Have 2-8 years' experience in property transfers
• Are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Area team player who communicates well and takes initiative
