Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy legal team in Bloemfontein. The role covers drafting and reviewing sale agreements, leases, and mortgage bonds, and managing conveyancing from start to finish.

You will conduct property searches, liaise with clients and lenders, and maintain orderly files for real estate matters, ensuring compliance and timely registrations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Paralegal Studies or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or in a similar role.
• Sound understanding of South African property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
