Qualifications

• Previous exposure to stores, stock-control, retail, warehouse, workshop or similar environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (read, speak and write).
• Hands-on and practical approach, with the ability to work in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day organisation and control of the storeroom
• Receiving and issuing workshop spares, tools and equipment
• Maintaining accurate stock records and capturing stock movements on Pastel
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling physical stock against system records
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Maintaining general stores and stock-control administration
• Assisting with vehicle licence and registration administration
• Providing practical support to the workshop and operations teams
• Moving, handling and organising tools, equipment, spares and other stock as required
