Responsibilities

• Assist guests with wine selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Advise on food and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wines, beverages and menu items.
• Support senior sommeliers during daily restaurant service.
• Ensure wines and beverages are served correctly according to service standards.
